1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Wayfare app. By downloading or using Wayfare, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Wayfare is

Wayfare is a personal organizer that stores travel documents and trip information on your device. It is a convenience tool. It is not a government service, a legal advisor, or an official source of travel requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and details you add.
• You are responsible for confirming the official entry, visa, and document requirements for every country you travel to, using official government sources. Wayfare stores your documents but does not tell you what a country requires.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents. Because your data is stored only on your device, deleting the app or losing the device can remove your data.
• You agree to use Wayfare only for lawful purposes and only for documents you are entitled to hold.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Wayfare offers a paid subscription that unlocks the app. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• A subscription may begin with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged the price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, not inside the app.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Wayfare name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by us. Your documents and trip data belong to you. We claim no ownership of anything you store in the app.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Wayfare is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will always work without interruption or error. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Wayfare, including missed travel, denied entry, lost documents, or lost data. You remain responsible for verifying official travel requirements and for backing up your own documents.

8. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use Wayfare after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the app publisher is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
